Processing. Orders ship from Toronto in 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, not holidays). You get a tracking email when your order ships.
Shipping in Canada
- Standard: free on orders $90+ and $9.99 under $90. Takes 3-5 business days in Ontario and up to 8 business days elsewhere in Canada.
- Express: $19.99, 1-2 business days.
The $90 counts after discounts and before tax. No duties inside Canada.
Shipping outside Canada (rates in CAD)
- United States: standard $12.99, free on orders $200+, 5-8 business days. Express $29.99, 1-2 business days.
- United Kingdom: standard $33.99, free on orders $250+, 5-8 business days. Express $69.99, 1-2 business days.
- Europe: standard $33.99, free on orders $220+, 5-8 business days. Express $69.99, 1-2 business days.
- Australia and New Zealand: standard $37.99, free on orders $150+, 5-8 business days. Express $74.99, 1-2 business days.
- China, Japan and South Korea: standard $32.99, free on orders $220+, 5-8 business days. Express $49.99, 1-2 business days.
- Rest of the world: standard $36.99, free on orders $200+, 5-8 business days. Express $59.99, 1-2 business days.
Outside Canada, customs duties and import taxes are set by the destination country and paid by the customer.
Damaged or lost. If your order arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery, with a photo, and we fix it at our cost. If a package goes missing, contact us and we'll sort it out with the carrier.
