Refund policy

Free size exchanges. Wrong size? Exchange it free within 30 days of delivery. Start from our Contact page with your order number and the size you need. We email you a prepaid return label and ship the new size free once yours is on its way back. If your size is sold out, we refund you instead.

Returns. Send back unworn, unwashed pieces with the tags on within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Start from our Contact page with your order number. Return shipping is yours to pay, unless we sent the wrong piece or it arrived damaged. Refunds go out within 5 business days of the return arriving.

The 365 guarantee. If a seam or print gives out within 365 days of delivery, we replace the piece. If it's sold out, we refund what you paid for it. Send your order number and a photo through our Contact page. Normal wear, misuse and alterations aren't covered.

Wrong or damaged piece. Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with a photo, and we fix it at our cost.

The bottle. It's yours to keep, even if you return the rest.

Orders shipped to the European Union. You can also cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, as long as the pieces are unworn with the tags on.
